She’s studied French-Spanish Translation in “Lenguas Vivas” institute. Gilda is one of El Pasaje’s founders, and currently heads the administrative area and is responsible for tax and legal issues.
At work, she’s a fan of meetings and always seeks consensus with everyone.She practices yoga, loves to cook and everything she eats is homemade (even yoghurt and jam!). She’s Argentinean, but everybody says she has a strange accent.

She has a degree in Literature and Linguistics from Universidad de Buenos Aires, and has also studied Film Direction and Cultural Management. She’s one of El Pasaje founders, has created its programs and coordinates the courses, on one hand, and is in charge of the institutional communication, on the other, since 2009.
She’s vegetarian and always comes to the school by bike. At work, she’s demanding and a perfectionist, has lots of energy and is always in every detail.
She has a high level of English and some knowledge of French, German and Portuguese.
Administration and Bookings
She’s the newest member of El Pasaje team: she works with us since late 2015. She studies Landscape Architecture at Universidad de Buenos Aires, loves plants and heavy music, and has the most contagious laughter of the school.
At work, she’s hyper-responsible and has a great ability to concentrate: a Molotov cocktail could explode beside her while she’s answering an e-mail, and she wouldn’t notice it at all.
She’s attended high school between Neuquén, south of Argentina, and Michigan, USA, before settling in Argentina’s capital city to study Literature and Linguistics at Universidad de Buenos Aires. She’s been a Spanish teacher for 10 years. Furthermore, she’s a literacy teacher, English-Spanish translator, corrector and editor. She works at El Pasaje since 2015.
She has a high level of English and an intermediate level of French, Portuguese and Italian.
He’s studied Literature and Linguistics at Universidad de Buenos Aires, and Film Directing at a private institute. Pablo is a Boca Juniors fan, and a human encyclopedia of literature, cinema, anarchism, serial murderers and curious facts of history in general. He pretends to be a tough guy, but he actually has the sensitivity of a princess.
He’s been a Spanish teacher for six years, and joined
El Pasaje team in 2014. He has an excellent level of English.

María’s a neighbor of the school: she lives in San Nicolás, in a beautiful passageway, where she has a large collection of plants. In addition to teaching Spanish, she’s an editor of children’s books. In the morning, before starting her classes, she often talks to herself aloud. María works at El Pasaje since 2011. She has an intermediate level of English, and a high level of French.
She’s studied Visual Arts at Universidad de Buenos Aires and is currently studying French-Spanish translation at Lenguas Vivas institute.
Mara loves French culture and polka dot dresses. She’s the newest and youngest member of our teachers team, and has a high level of both, English and French.
